"No Win No Fee"
As CT Band Appeals UK only acts in cases where it believes a genuine case can be made for a band reduction it operates strictly on a “No win, No Fee basis”.
Accordingly, whatever the degree of case preparation and negotiation required in your particular case (including where necessary presenting a case at Valuation Tribunal) you will not incur any fee unless your home obtains a Council Tax reduction.
Only where a reduction is obtained will you be charged a % of the total refund obtained from your local council. The % charged is dependent upon the amount of refund likely to be received. In all instances the % is agreed beforehand. Moving forward you will of course receive 100% of all future savings caused by the reduction in the band.
